Submit an item for the Somerville Public Schools Online Calendar

Please use the following form to submit an item for submission to the Somerville Public Schools online calendar. You may include attachments with your submission (for examples, the agenda for a meeting or a poster for the event). However, the District does not have the person power to transfer information from a flier to the calendar. We can only post calendar items submitted using this form.

After we receive your submission we will review the information before posting it to the web.

Please be aware that not all items will be posted. Because we cannot ensure the safety or integrity of every important community event, the District chooses to post only those community/partner events that that (a) we are participating in, (b) that are related to the goals and activities of public education, or (c) are co-sponsored by the Somerville Public Schools or that are directly related to the goals and activities of public education. Please contact us if you would like to talk with someone in the Somerville Public Schools about co-sponsoring an event.
