Healey School Families

Effective education requires a partnership between schools, community and families. At the Healey School parents/guardians are encouraged to be involved in school life through school events hosted regularly, like talent shows and student performances, through the PTA (parent/teacher association) and the School Improvement Council.

Click on "Information and Resources for Families" link on the left to explore resources and services for families at the Healey School and across the Somerville Public Schools. This includes a link to the Somerville Family and Community Collaborative (www.somerville.k12.ma.us/families), the free, city-wide workshop and networking program for families.

Safe Routes to School
Walking or biking to school is even easier with the updated "Safe Routes to Schools" maps. Download the map and use it to safely walk or bike to the Healey School.
