1. Present a proposed amendment to Brown School PTA Bylaws to allow for more than one Secretary Position on the Brown PTA Board. This amendment will be voted on at our final PTA meeting in May;

Section 1. The officers of this local PTA shall be a president, 2 (number) vice president(s), at least one secretary, and a treasurer.
And
2. For the Nominating Committee to present the slate of officers nominated to the PTA Board for academic years 2012-2014, the election for which will be held at the final PTA meeting in May.
