The Kennedy Pool is a department of the Somerville Schools, that provides services to the entire Somerville community. The pool offers Lap and Family Swim as well as numerous swim programs, such as swim lessons.
We have two pools. One is a 25 yard lap pool with 6 lanes that goes from 4 feet deep to 10 feet deep. The second is a smaller pool with a zero entry ramp into the pool that goes from 2 feet 6 inches deep to 4 feet deep.
We are located at 5 Cherry Street (Somerville, MA 02144) near Porter Square in the basement of the Kennedy School.

Enter + Exit using Kennedy POOL entrance during the below listed times/days. To get to the pool entrance from the front entrance (5 Cherry Street, Somerville, MA 02144) of the Kennedy School, simply keep walking outside towards the basketball court, at the end of the basketball court take a right and walk up the stairs, enter the door in front of you, then walk all the way down to the Kennedy Pool.
