Middle Grades Program 6-8
The Middle Grades program is offered as a District-wide program for students in grades 6,7 & 8. The program teaches leadership skills, service learning, and character building. Located at the ESCS.
MBTA bus passes are given to each student to travel from their home school to their Middle Grades Afterschool Program. Passes will also be used for field trips to local destinations. Attendance is taken by home school prior to leaving and then again by afterschool program staff at each site. Parents may pick up students from their afterschool site at 5:30pm. (Sixth graders choosing not to participate in the Middle Grades Program have the option of enrolling in the K-5 program at the regular afterschool rate.)
