Absence Management Access Portal: Frontline Absence Management – Request and report workplace absences on the portal, and communicate this to your supervisor or principal as well.

PK-8 Badge Request: Fill out the PK-8 Badge Request Form to obtain or replace a staff badge for prekindergarten-grade 8 schools buildings.

SHS and NW/FC Badge Request: Complete this Badge Request Form to obtain or replace a staff badge for Somerville High School and Next Wave / Full Circle.

Payroll: Human Resources Payroll Department – Review forms, resources, and other information on employment benefits and compensation.

​Parking Permits for Non-Resident Teacher/Staff: Talk to your principal and/or program supervisor/director for details. A copy of your vehicle registration is required.

MBTA Passes: City of Somerville will provide free MBTA passes to benefits-eligible SPS staff. Passes are good 7 days a week for unlimited travel on all MBTA subway lines, local bus lines, and the Silver Line. Eligible staff members may complete this Request Form to obtain or replace a pass.
